Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery options:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (Additional charges will apply).

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and courier availability.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Greenroots Pakistan serves only within Pakistan.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp once your order has been shipped. For tracking details, you may contact our support team with your order ID.

Duties and Taxes

All applicable duties and taxes are included in the displayed prices. Customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Damages

Greenroots Pakistan is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact the courier service to file a claim. Retain the original packaging and product for proof of damage during the claims process.

Shipping to Remote Areas

We deliver to all areas of Pakistan, including remote and rural locations. However, delivery to these areas may require additional transit time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier. If you suspect your package has been misplaced, please contact the courier directly. Upon request, we can provide you with delivery confirmation, tracking information, and courier details for further assistance.
